Compliance Training

We offer onsite training for RCRA and DOT compliance. RCRA Training is for facilities that produce and manage hazardous waste in which must comply with the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations. All employees at these facilities that handle hazardous waste are required to be trained for the generating, storing, treating, and disposing of hazardous waste. DOT Training is for any employee at a facility that signs waste manifest or loads/prepares materials for the shipment/disposal of hazardous waste material for transportation on public highways, rail, water, or by air, must be trained.
